MACH moves to Campus Contern
Campus Contern, a development by Valad Property Group and Valeres Project Development, has already completed two of the eight office buildings in the Contern area. The first building, of 3,000 m?, is ready to welcome multinational telecommunications company Mach as the campus first tenant. "This is only a first step, since the real estate project called Campus Contern, in five or six years, will comprise eight buildings, all of the same floor area, and some 1,000 parking places, or 1 per work station," says Marc Diver. The Chief Executive Officer of Valeres also recalls that the whole project has received a 'green' qualification, which translates into a significant reduction of C02 emissions.
